The East Wing is a separate home, which could be opened with a connecting locked door between the living room of the West Wing and the inner patio entry of the East Wing.

It has two furnished bedrooms. The master is The Shell bedroom with a queen bed, TV with VCR. The guest bedroom has a double and a twin bed in The Sandpiper motif. A large walk-in closet is near the Porthole door entry and The Whale bathroom with a shower. The other half bath, The Loon, is off the 30 foot living room, which has a wood burning fireplace, TV and DVD, and a dining area to view the early sunrise over the Tillamook Bay or the sunset over the Cape Meares Lake and the Pacific Ocean.

The kitchen is fully supplied and great for entertaining with a large eating bar, a dining set, TV, couch and desk. A homeowner in the 1950s had many collections, so the shelves on two walls beckon the treasure hunter who finds the perfect shell or agate on the sandy beach.

The East Wing residents have a private patio but also share the hot tub and other amenities on the park-like estate.
